Renting is as easy as 1, 2, 3

  2. Book online by paying a €250 advance payment – deducted from your first rent and membership, and fully refundable within 7 days if your application is not accepted.
  3. We handle it for you! We present your application (ID + work/study/VIE contract) to the landlord.
  4. Still us! If accepted, you receive a digital lease to sign. The first rent and a €1000 imprint via Swikly will be requested Secure credit card imprint, not charged, only used in case of damage or unpaid rent. .
  5. Move in on your selected date. Come get your keys!

Frequently Asked Questions

📦 How does check-in work?

Keys must be picked up by appointment at our agency (149 rue de Hollerich, Luxembourg), on the 1st or 15th of the month between 4 PM and 6 PM. A move-in inventory is completed via an online form.

🏡 Can I visit the room?

We don’t organize physical visits, but each listing includes accurate photos, floor plans, and all the important information. Some tenants may agree to a visit if you contact them directly.

💰 Are there any fees to plan for?

No agency fees and no deposit! Only a €1,000 credit card imprint is required (not charged). Membership is €250/month (or €125 if you move in after the 15th).

🧾 What’s included in the price?

Everything is included: utilities, Wi-Fi, cleaning of shared spaces, furniture, fast maintenance, tenant support and housing insurance. No end-of-month surprises!

🧹 Who takes care of cleaning?

Our team regularly cleans shared areas. You are responsible for your own room. Optional private room cleaning is available (€46.80/session).

📅 Can I extend or end my contract?

Yes, you can extend your stay from your online account if the room is available. You can also cancel anytime with a minimum 15-day notice (fees depend on the option you choose).
