  • Carole Caspari - Managing Partner With over 25 years experience in the real estate Industry, Carole has developed strong, personal relationships during her successful career.
    Her knowledge of the Luxembourg real estate market is keen and her desire to serve her clients is unmatched.
    Her professional experience includes a position as Account Manager with a large local bank followed by a position as Tax Manager with one of the Big Four.
    Besides her Management skills, Carole presents Tax, Legal and Financial skills enabling her to guide her clients to the right decision.
    Carole has in Jan 2015 been rewarded ‘Woman Business Manager of the Year’ and in Feb 2015 appointed Vice-President’ of the Chambre Immobilière du Luxembourg (CIGDL)

    Carole speaks fluently French, German, English and Luxembourgish.

  • Jean-Charles Weiss - CEO Specialized in banking marketing and change management, Jean-Charles has earned his spurs in the Operating Commercial Department of Société Générale for 3 years.
    At the same time, he finished his double master in management and business development within a business school. Altea Immobilière is his first great work challenge.

  • Damien Schirm - Sales & Clients Manager 10 years spent in the French real estate market have allowed me to acquire strong skills in the service to individuals, the knowledge of the real estate market, and the mechanisms of a rental market in perpetual evolution in Luxembourg.
    Today my new challenge is to put my skills, my dynamism, and my know-how at the service of our thousands of tenants, to guarantee them the best possible experience.

My role within Altea and more specifically within Mybnb has allowed me to put my experience and skills to fulfill the expectations of my guests.

  • Cecilia Ferreira - Technical & Financial Coordinator After a 4-years experience as an Account Manager for an international express & logistics company, I have specialized myself in real estate brokerage & management.
    I am currently in charge of most financial matters of Altea, from invoice payment to account statements.

  • Fabien Bernardini - Accountant After having completed my studies in accounting and management, I was hired as an accountant in one of the hotels of the renowned group ACCOR. During my eleven years career, I have mastered many accounting skills and underwent a course in payroll management.
    I am now working with ALTEA and sharing my experience and know-how in the areas of accounting and HR.
