📦 How does check-in work?
Keys are handed over at our agency (149 rue de Hollerich, Luxembourg) on your arrival day between 4 pm and 6 pm, or on a following day during opening hours. Arriving after 6 pm? Request a free key box from your tenant account. A relative or friend can collect your keys with their own ID, if you give us their name in advance. You complete the move-in inventory online from your tenant account.
🏡 Can I visit the room?
We do not organize visits of rooms in shared flats: they are lived in. This page shows you the photos, the address and, depending on the room, the floor plan, a video or a 360° tour. You can also walk past the residence. For a vacant studio or apartment, a visit can be arranged on request. Not sure yet? Book: cancellation is free for 7 days.
🧾 What’s included in the price?
Everything is included: utilities, Wi-Fi, cleaning of shared areas, furniture, fast maintenance, tenant support and housing insurance. No end-of-month surprises!
🧹 Who takes care of cleaning?
Our team regularly cleans shared areas. You are responsible for your room. Optional private room cleaning is available (€46.80/session).
📅 Extend or cancel?
Yes. Extend from your tenant account as long as your room has not been booked by someone else for the following period: you pay a €250 advance payment, deducted from the first rent of the new period, and sign a new contract online. Otherwise, your contract ends on the date you chose, with nothing to do. Need to leave earlier? Three options: Express (15 days' notice, €555.75 fee), Standard (1 month, €409.50) or Tranquility (2 months, €234). Notice starts on the 15th if you request by the 14th, otherwise on the 1st of the next month.
