Our 4 Core Pillars

  • Financial Transparency: All-inclusive pricing (rent, utilities, Wi-Fi, insurance). No unpleasant surprises at the end of the month.
  • Quality Standards: Optimized spaces, contemporary furniture, high-quality bedding, and regular cleaning services for common areas.
  • Phygital Experience: Immersive virtual tours, a fully digitalized booking process, and multilingual local support.
  • Community Spirit: Much more than just accommodation, our coliving spaces are true hubs for multicultural networking.
