The 5 questions we get asked
What happens with the €250?
It's an advance on your rent, not a fee: it's deducted from your first rent. It holds the room in your name from tonight. Free cancellation for 7 days: it is then refunded in full. Staying 3 months or more? Only €1 with the code SUMMER3M.
Is there a security deposit?
No. A simple bank-card imprint serves as guarantee. Nothing is charged or blocked on your account.
Can I leave before the end of the contract?
Yes, with notice from 15 days; early-departure fees apply depending on the option you choose. Otherwise the contract simply ends on the planned date, with nothing to do.
How does check-in work?
Your keys are waiting at the agency, 149 rue de Hollerich, on your arrival day from 4 pm to 6 pm, or on a following day during opening hours. After 6 pm, request a free key box from your account. A relative or friend can also come for you with their own ID, if you give us their name in advance. You do the check-in inventory online from your phone.
Can I register the address as my residence?
In most rooms, yes. A few residences (notably in Esch-sur-Alzette and Capellen) don't allow it. It's stated on each listing.
