Welcome to Residence FRE 2!
This spacious residence, with around 260m2 of living space and a garden is a shared house located at rue Frédéric Joliot-Curie #02, in Esch-Sur-Alzette, Luxembourg.
Ready to welcome you! It includes 8 fully furnished rooms, and the benefit of proximity to all amenities (bus stop, supermarket, hospital center ...).
The common areas consist of:
- 1 fully equiped kitchen with terrace access,
- 1 large living room with a lounge area and a dining area that can accomodate all tenants for convivials meals,
- 2 shower rooms, 1 with bath and WC,
- 2 separate toilets,
- 1 utility room with terrace and garden access.
Are also available to you free of charge: 1 washing machine; 1 washing machine/dryer; 1 dryer, 2 irons with their ironing boards.
Our rates are all inclusive! No bad surprises, all charges are included (water, electricity, heating, home insurance (*), household waste taxes, cleaning of common areas, TV and Internet subscription).

This 12,22m2 room is equipped with:

All the necessary comforts are provided upon your arrival: a set of bedsheets, 2 bath towels and a welcome kit (toothbrush, soap, toothpaste).

📦 How does check-in work?
Keys are picked up by appointment at our agency (149 rue de Hollerich, Luxembourg), on the 1st or 15th of the month between 4 PM and 6 PM. A move-in inventory is completed online.
🏡 Can I visit the room?
We don’t organize physical visits, but each listing includes accurate photos, floorplans and all key information. Some tenants may agree to a visit if contacted directly.
💰 Any fees to plan for?
No agency fees and no deposit! Only a €1,000 credit-card imprint is required (not charged). Membership is €250/month (or €125 if you move in after the 15th).
🧾 What’s included in the price?
Everything is included: utilities, Wi-Fi, cleaning of shared areas, furniture, fast maintenance, tenant support and housing insurance. No end-of-month surprises!
🧹 Who takes care of cleaning?
Our team regularly cleans shared areas. You are responsible for your room. Optional private room cleaning is available (€46.80/session).
📅 Extend or cancel?
Yes. Extend from your online account (subject to availability). You can cancel anytime with a minimum 15-day notice (fees depend on the chosen option).
