> Furnished rooms in shared flats (coliving), studios and apartments for medium and long stays in Luxembourg. One all-inclusive monthly price, booking online, website in English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian.

Furnished.lu is run by ALTEA Immobilière Sàrl, a Luxembourg housing operator. It rents 786 furnished homes (753 rooms in shared flats, the rest studios and apartments) in 34 districts of Luxembourg City and the rest of the country. Typical tenants are newcomers to Luxembourg, interns, students and young professionals.

Prices and availability change every day. Please use the feed above or the listing page instead of quoting older figures.

## How renting works

- **All-inclusive price**: the monthly price covers rent, charges (water, electricity), wifi and, in shared flats, cleaning of the common areas. Nothing is added on top.
- **Move-in dates**: leases start on the 1st or the 15th of the month.
- **Booking**: online, on the listing page. An advance payment of 250 EUR is paid at booking and deducted from the first rent. Free cancellation within 7 days.
- **One person per room**: a room in a shared flat is for one person. Couples should choose a studio or an apartment.
- **Guarantee (rooms)**: 1,000 EUR, by SEPA mandate or card imprint (nothing is debited), or paid by card.
- **Studios and apartments**: security deposit of one month, agency fee of 50% of one month plus VAT. Exact amounts are shown on each listing.
- **Visits**: studios and apartments can be visited. Rooms in shared flats are booked from the listing page (photos, video, floor plan).
- **Leaving early**: possible with notice (from 15 days); a fee applies.
- **Registering your address at the commune**: possible in most residences but not all. Ask the team before booking if you need it.
