KITCHEN asterisk-red

Please tidy and clean after each time you use it. Concerning the dirty dishes, please put them properly in the dishwasher or wash them by hand but don’t leave them visible

HEATING / ELECTRICITY asterisk-red

Please do not waste! Be sure to turn off the lights behind you and ½ hour before leaving your bedroom, set your thermostat to 0. The same goes for the common areas (kitchen, bathrooms, stairwell).

RENT’S PAYMENT asterisk-red

Please pay your rent on time and mention your room reference on your bank transfer.

WASTE asterisk-red

The lessee undertakes to dispose of its waste in bin(s) otherwise penalties will be applied to all co-tenants.
