I want to request an early termination

In principle your contract ends the last day of your stay without any other formality, however it is possible to request an early departure
Early termination fee : €175,50
The agency fee paid by the taker is not subject to any reimbursement, partial or total.

Please follow the 3 following steps:

1. Revert to your contract to find out about
a / your early termination fee
b/ your notice of termination

2. Send a registered letter to ALTEA 228 Route d’Esch L-1471 Luxembourg respecting the notice of termination provided by your contract (draft below).

3. Fill out the form on your right.
