How and when to do my check-in?

The remittance of THE KEYS takes place:

WHERE?

At the agency 228 Route d’Esch in L-1471 Luxembourg

WHEN?

– In principle the 1st day of your contract between 9am and 6pm.
– A remittance of the keys another day than the 1st day of your contract, during a bank holiday, or outside the normal opening hours is possible. Additional charges will occur. In function of the day and time you will indicate on the check-in form, you will be informed of any extra charge.
IN ANY CASE YOU NEED TO MAKE OUT AN APPOINTMENT WITH OUR AGENCY PRIOR TO THE REMITTANCE OF THE KEYS
Please complete and submit below form informing us of the exact day and time you intend to come to the agency to pick up the keys and we will revert to you shortly.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

At the agency, before signing the contract and remit the keys, we will check whether we are in possession of
– ALL required documents (ID card or passport, working/internship contract)
NB : in case you haven’t your signed contract yet, an acceptance eMail or letter from your employer will be enough at first. The fisrt day of your contrat you will have to send us a copy of the actual contract.
– ALL proofs of transfer (1st rent, deposit)
! We insist on the fact that the keys cannot be handed out unless your file is 100% complete. NO exception is granted.

WILL THERE BE ANY INVENTORY?

In principle, no inventory is made at the moving-in or at the moving-out.
The room is deemed to be in perfect condition as you move in.
Still, if you should notice any problem, you need to inform us within 5 days by filling-in and submitting following form.

We will probably be able to intervene and have it repaired, and more important for you, you avoid that we make you responsible for this problem when you check-out.

All additional time is billed in 15 minutes intervals at a rate of €15 (Per started quarter hour)

Outside office opening time you will get the keys using our wall mount key storage device in front of our agency and you will be charged as follow:

Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays - From 18h to 20h : 35,10 EUR incl. VAT.
Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays - From 20h to 22h : 46,80 EUR incl. VAT.
Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays - From 22h to 24h : 58,50 EUR incl. VAT.
Sunday or public holidays - From 09h to 14h : 58,50 EUR incl. VAT.
Sunday or public holidays - From 14h to 20h : 58,50 EUR incl. VAT.
Sunday or public holidays - From 20h to 22h : 70,20 EUR incl. VAT.
Sunday or public holidays - From 22h to 24h : 81,90 EUR incl. VAT
