ETAT DES LIEUX / INVENTORY

In principle, no inventory is established with you at the beginning or at the end of your stay.
Our staff will carefully inspect your room and inform us of any problem whatsoever, which would need to be taken into account for the final statement.

CLES / KEYS

Simply drop the keys at our agency, 228 Route d’Esch, the last day of your contract before 10 am! at the latest.
Otherwise penalities, as foreseen by the contract, will be charged.
In case the agency is closed, please drop the keys in our letter box 228 Route d’Esch, using an envelop with your name, the reference and the day and time of dropping.

NB : you can of course return your keys one or several days before the official end of your stay.

EFFETS PERSONNELS / PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Before leaving the premises, please make sure that you have collected ALL your personal belongings from your room, the bathroom, the kitchen, the laundry room …
Don’t forget to empty your part of the fridge.

SERVIETTES et DRAPS / TOWELS & BED SHEETS

Please leave the towels and the bedsheets on the bed for our staff to collect and wash them.

REMBOURSEMENT DE LA GARANTIE LOCATIVE (CAUTION) / REIMBURSEMENT OF THE RENTAL  DEPOSIT

In principle, your room will be cleaned and checked shortly after your departure.
A final statement will be drafted and the ballance will be reimboursed in your favour within 4 weeks .
Any extra transfer fee to a foreign account will be deducted from your balance.
NB : if you had paid an advance of €250 at booking by debiting your credit card, you will be reimbursed this same amount of €500/€250 on your credit card account where as the balance will be transferred in favour  of the account you will inform us of. 

COURRIER / MAIL

If you want your incoming mail to follow you at your new address, please go to the nearest post office (Gare or Centre) and instruct them to redirect your mail to your new address.
If you had registered yourself at the commune, you must inform them of your departure, within 48 hours after your contract has ended.
If not a penalty will be applied as foreseen by the contract.
